Guaranteed* delivery to the majority of the UK Mainland plus selected postal codes within the Highlands and Islands, by 12 Noon the next working day; delivery to areas not covered by the noon delivery will be covered by standard delivery dependant on postal codes.
Collections are between 9am – 5.30pm.
100% of carriage charge will be refunded if the parcel is delivered one or more day late - Guarantee of delivery begins once the parcel is collected.

This service guarantees customers delivery to the majority of UK mainland as well as some selected postcodes in the Highlands and the islands by 12 noon the next working day. Any other postcodes that do not fall within these areas will be covered by the standard delivery which is dependant on your post code. We also understand that you expect a high level of service from us and this is why we will refund the entire amount if your parcel reaches its destination more than a day late.

Like all our deals when you opt to use us we have a set amount of cover for your parcel and for the Parcelforce UK Delivery by 12 Noon service this provides customers with a £50 compensation limit for any loss or damage that is incurred during the delivery process.
