After a few minor issues over the best carrier & collection date, my 23kg private parcel to family in Melbourne in Australia was collected by UPS on Wednesday 19-11-2011. The UPS tracking was very good and dipslayed every stage of the parcel journey across the globe with arrival & departure at each destination on-route to Australia. My parcel arrived the following week 6 days after collection (including a weekend) on Tuesday 25-11-2011, safely and without any damage.
